This guy is totally in denial - how can he claim prices won't go down. Um...ever hear of supply and demand? Prices will just flatten while inventory goes sky high?

Hey BigDadd63 great local blog. Not to many comments on here but I see Your blog gets lots of hits. I think Everyone here in South Florida still is in complete denial. Not to many people want to hear about the end to easy money and the demise of the Housing Gold rush here in Sunny South Florida. Most people dont want to talk about it or say that things will pick up in Spring. The real Estate market in Florida is so quiet You can hear a pin drop. The flippers really killed the goose that laid the golden egg. Not to mention The tax collectors for picking everyones pocket when they bought a new home. Keep up the blogging things hopefully will turn around soon. Id say when prices return to late 2003 levels.
